Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at our salon. To ensure that our staff and business operations run smoothly, we have a cancellation policy in place.

1) Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to fill the time slot with another client who may be on our waiting list.

2) Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3) No Notification No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will work with our clients on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request that clients notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
